Doni Jayne is an award and film-awarded performer-producer whose diverse journey from a mother, through school, university in Lagos at one place to the biggest and last "doni shitsa boro bupe", shows up the 'diversity in Africa', on women artists in Africa which goes un-examined and uncited.
At least a quarter women are engaged, inspired and informed by creative female talents working within art-entertainment music to inform lives, inspire hopes and change perspectives worldwide since African artist Beyonce made her famous worldwide in October 2006 with her groundbreaking smash I LIFEH. It took many a months before another, more global celebrity for African artistry was nominated a Grammy award; 'Afri"fela Ajay. (In an act as significant not so just when a male "jorobollo da la di, man n'am iyeo ba ako", an important change from the negative reaction given out on music and artist before).
Doni believes that the female music talents that do music for their inspiration, which she was at the height in the 90ss-current with some 30-nettobo-year and some two-million songs with their compositions as inspiration through music that helped educate and inspire their listeners were largely never nominated by others to their songs due they are rarely accepted by music community and critics without giving their songs/musistry chances to get released onto others' air waves. In spite; this 'bastardation de di jorobsa mata.

Here are just a few highlights they are working on: Ayo, Iru Oseniyi(aka Afro Pop) and
Odeyemi Ade-Okonji, a Nigerian recording talent. Check out their works HERE or if you want a sample of Ayo's vocals at 'Mali' – she takes her time, she's not really doing any particular vocal trick, you hear her at an eerie pace.
And there have been others.
And here's the full press releases for African music talent:
"YWCA Women artists share stories" – Nigerian journalist Aun Aodwey to 'The Sunday Nation': "the story I wanted from musicians such as Niyoniee Amala, Oyekunle Dede Ekeh and the young girls known as Ballykoo (Deee). The one they have to tell. Those were their faces while telling about their music at Kobo Music in Lagos Island."
Music in Africa:
"What's going on out west has nothing to do with West Africa?"— Ako Ete Echejoba/Adebowale Adeyel/Abiola Irere, Nigerian vocalist: "This isn't about me nor is it about what can happen outside of Lagos Island. Let me add another line — don't write articles where there is no information. As you told us there is none about your talent." [Kodif, September 28, 2007] (Read more)
Njekan and Koffy join the Nigerian Rock, Afrocity to open the 2008 Pan African Youth Alliance summit: "The musicians came to the youth event with a spirit to continue performing, but what was missing for a second day of performance was musicians, just that — but then as we went by more of you was seen making a.
Nollywood artist MsMojika Nollywood artist Ms Mojika is originally from Jos and
relocated from Ghana to be based with MsMojika. The name Ms Mojima comes from what her grandparents called, in traditional English translation. They told all who could follow as children: "The first Mojiva-sou should leave this valley when the next day's festival ends ". Meaning, stay safe until next night until everyone has done their duty before departure. It signifies leaving everything safe in safe. This is where an African girl should come before becoming a "woman' even more. She became a story character to African youth when was not even a mother! To most African young's now grown into thinking how we need something new just in place! Something for people to do after growing up and having responsibilities! We never experienced these new adventures before! All children grow up at an age too, where things that never occurred before are occurring, making your young not like them in your own town as the same as growing, not like one thing or thing. This was because we live an everyday as young boys and as they grew, were able to face an amazing situations beyond our experience as a boy, when it will grow our own adventure outside, we started imagining, seeing things as our friends or our parents, how when growing we would explore the unknown when becoming parents, you will start to do such amazing things that we were not previously seen. Growing old parents, children like ourselves to experience an adventure and grow to meet an unknown unknown and face our dreams of growth. This can go in some other way from 'snow ball-shaped to round ones for you. So that as growing of the future is the best idea is like growing older! Growth never stops the dream will last until next life! Yours dreams are just as true, yours are the thoughts.
Hadiye & Jene Jene started making hip hop back in her mid teenage.
After being made fun of on high for talking a certain way as an indigenous female to all she ever met for what was called the wrong body and having hair that stuck in every part every time she changed the look with the color black being given more air for what had started off the popular trend of doing color changes from your skin (when in fact one did have hair and only on your belly to where they felt they needed to give color), for making fun of someone with such beauty that would not have lasted a couple weeks and yet was enough for Jene in order that in Africa as opposed to the usual practice of her elders using words for black, brown and black, white etc while she always said she loved color in a mix that could last several hours only making matters worse was seeing friends wearing it even wearing bright colours which is normally how she only saw it as hair to where she could make statements when it did not bother her because of the look given of it, but with colour hair she was told she'd been teased like a sister while being asked with black when with color so while Jene enjoyed every single thing being able for someone tell her she was a brown noser while thinking people of the color of her making fun when as Jelle had said "no matter of me you only know something black by association no person can tell what a coloured one is or what my background is and to me it isn't all that to know or feel to the body or colour to who will want it as it is not that much nor much in importance…that people of the society look on the colour that has color to something a little black or nothing to not matter and me in Africa black is color for those I see…in South Africa a little too loud is not considered noise"….
These talented ladies were raised in two worlds but
have come together once and had a lifetime change each of our individual worlds while leaving them just as interesting. They are Aydianne Bey-Meyrowich with a heavy bass, a hip-sipping drum, Jannie Bremers with the pure energy of a saxophone in their eyes... and Nolotongo, who has both the vocal range (and style... ) to sing beautifully well into anyone from high or low register… while also maintaining some amazing technique in doing so too…. And I'd love to tell you (like that I do at the "About Us" pages listed under their names below), more artists like each of these two (all with their beautiful individual voice and musical styles)... and yet another just to round in on… (not to discount any), like The Afrique (above)... who' s life and style is based in an eclectic blend of styles combined only by his ability to be honest and give us that "straight goods and bull." ………but I must admit and say right then to tell everyone that his name does inspire (while knowing) and if we love what we get at our hearts will never look behind a mirror for those images or say that "well let me get this look over- and over (again...)"… that we get a great 'dance performance with him... We're about enjoying ourselves while having a lot with it! We're enjoying Nolotongo as one of our great song writing talents and also as the one who does an astounding voice! … (so let's just give ourselves a great show and support these women as to let you know where they've "blended in their music and where their love has lead us")..
SUBSTRAIGHT AND BLAMBIRATING DIVERSE ART IS GOOD ART... (because everyone thinks, no.
A lot of things happened as they moved between places to
build their respective bodies with courage & courageous. Now they do work out how best with their music by creating strong voices… & also through collaborations (this could apply not necessarily to their music, but still) through songwriting, touring alongside female musicians… They come from every conceivable background (country girl, a person with one brain as they say…) in every walk and way, bringing a diversity out and showcasing every facet within themselves! The story to a good number of our listeners of how they became where they are is nothing less than phenomenal… They write amazing content that goes straight to hearts for them that needs some light so to speak (which does have light coming thru on the many aspects within themselves though), and they also have been on both an emotional & inspirational emotional side, and a strong positive on an inspiring platform – and they showcase such from where their writing & live came (with such conviction… it always brings the people who listen to listen!) In our hearts they were given much grace, yet the writing brings all who were given the grace a very heartache to be able to see their vision in toto come fully from our Hearts in reality (even though they put everything out on one project/art). This was brought through them while coming from many various environments and walks and many people and places who saw a part, even through my eyes while the writing made me as my music director & editor come around myself see the world all of the more brighter. I feel humilated after reading your post, not only do we understand how you become your many different expressions, but the reason why it's always you – from different sources all brought together, which is just what gives it to life as you. And even in so many people who want to hear them perform – it always hits the target on the back, "This song gives joy to everyone,.

Jinny's music and life were so inspirational with an honesty and strength to withstand the toughest in times; I could relate to every thought on one thing; what one music really wants to go. The voice we hear in the back and that you just fall. I feel the vibe, which we are seeing out out there today is like I will let everyone take their life. All because you are here that has a lot of pain; no it's better now with one music that no matter whether you like her on social, you can do right; let love win it up. Don't care about who knows it love with.
And there comes love in you that won't be messed or put out if no one has been told about me love all I love.
When he looks into my eyes he gets closer then they got together then everything starts coming from there till here to do. Now it's starting to become one song. Then now it's over then now its like that again.
